Fabulous Content to Steer Your Food Habits Towards Healthy Weight & Vitality

Michele’s book on starting your way to losing 100 pounds was my biggest surprise reading in 2013. Not only is the book beautifully laid out but she has it printed in sturdy waterproof paper that just belongs on your kitchen counter.

The content is fabulous and the recipes easy to accomplish even for the laziest single guy in town.

The book is very practical and detail oriented. The pages even show a little square to show you how big or small to dice your veggies… just awesome.

Two of my favorites are: “Michele’s mind lemon water”. Easy and tasty for the coming warm spring and summer days. and the “Organic Slaw and Order Salad”… I didn’t know what jicama was before I read this. Thanks Michele!
