Sleep is Cheap

Sleep is cheap.  Learning how to relax and enough sleep are different activities.  Learning how to relax doesn’t mean you must fall asleep.  If you practice relaxation and you do fall asleep…you NEEDED that sleep.  If you are well rested you can gain a lot of physiological benefits from relaxation with breath and body, rather than wine and pharmaceuticals.  It is important that we learn how to bring our body DOWN from our panic mode lifestyle naturally.   If you can learn to relax….20 minutes of relaxation will make a world of difference to your day.
