WATER WATER EVERYWHERE
Your body, your vehicle for your soul is 60-70% water.
I KNOW SOME OF YOU HATE IT….I USED TO HATE IT TOO.
Remember folks, it’s hot indoors and outdoors lately and there is NO replacement for water….fancy it up but you have to drink water.
It’s like working out and brushing your teeth….you just gotta do it!
Suggestions for getting it in:
–Get a good looking water bottle!** You’ve got to have some great looking water bottles! It’s just plain sexy! You can get a Michele the Trainer water bottle!

You can’t run the car with no oil and similarly the body needs water to run. Your metabolism won’t work efficiently without water.
Sports drinks are not water
Coffee is not water
Soda is not water
Bottled juice is not water
Anything with splenda or aspartame is not water
We can argue about tea & fresh juice while we workout 🙂
YES you may hate it for awhile. Feeling puffy? Water will actually decrease your puffiness over time; water retention is said to be solved by drinking more water!
Just like working out..drinking water may not be HONEY at first, but overtime, it will become a part of you, and you will love it because your body will THANK YOU. Make every cell a happy hydrated cell! 🙂
