Why Water?

Why Water?

Why Water?  Why does my first book include drinking water?  Why is my first tip to Drink More Water?

We all need to drink water and we all need reminders. Even the most dedicated water drinkers appreciate a reminder here and there.
My first book for people just starting their weight loss journey with me, Michele the Trainer’s Quick Start- Michele the Trainer’s Quick Start to Losing 100 Pounds Delicious, Easy-To-Follow, Organic Recipes for Weight Loss and Healthy Lifestyles (Book 1 of the 100 Ways to Lose 100 Pounds Series, Book 1), has 4 pages dedicated to water with beautiful color photos that illustrate attractive hydration ide
as.  Here are some reasons why:

1. Many people don’t drink any or enough water.

2. There are huge benefits to hydration. Please see the book Your Body’s Many Cries for Water by Dr. Batmanghelidj M.D

3. Nobody can lose weight without drinking water, period. The book is clearly about weight loss and drinking water is a huge part of that.

4. Our metabolism needs water.

5. There is an art to making water look inviting, with the added flavorful and beautiful benefits of alkalizing lemon and herbs. Lemon water is known to be beneficial to the liver as well which is the master of our metabolism.

6. If we get dehydrated or thirsty we can gain weight my mistakenly thinking we are hungry, when we are truly thirsty.

7. Maybe you drink enough water? The water section of the book also helps those with loved ones who are not hydrating, get some delicious ideas to use at home to encourage others to drink more water as well.

8. Drinking water is simply the best choice for everyone.

9. We are made of water!
