What is your superpower?

Is it algorithms? Isolating and fixing the toughest hardware bugs? That’s not my superpower. My favorite personal introspective intelligence is knowing exactly what kind of smart I am..and what kind of smart I’m not. There are a lot of types of genius in the world. Progress and Balance in life happen when you surround yourself with the people that have a different type of smart than you do.

I disagree with half of this…I say DELEGATE your negative….
for example…if you despise mowing the lawn, hire a gardener.
Similarly, most of us know that we need to take better care of ourselves and if we are not working out, we know that we should be…that’s when it’s time to hire a trainer. If you’re already working out but only doing one kind of workout,
if you know that you love to run but hate lifting weights, that’s when you hire a trainer.
If you need your workout to be safe because you have previous issues or pain, you hire someone with more experience. If you need your workout to be safe AND fun, you hire Michele 🙂 (all trainer’s are not created equal).
Fun makes it fun…and we don’t need more work work…we need fun accomplishments. We need to get it done.
Be brilliant…. seek out accountability and a nudge to complete your own circle of balance; mind/body/spirit. YOU can do it!
