  1. 5 minutes of deep breathing
  2. 5  fruits and
  3. 5 vegetables
  4. 5 minutes of stretching
  5. 5 minute break

Keep it simple…

Now here’s the thing…you’re smart…smart enough to know you should do this….

Just take ONE deep breath right now…and pick ONE thing….and do it!

It’s like a reboot….it’s time to undo undo undo and START to address the fact that your job is like being an endurance athlete (nutrition is even MORE important if you work in engineering and you also ARE an endurance athlete).  You need the right gas and in the tank and the right maintenance program for your body.  You can do this!
