Pizza and Potlucks; Poor Food Combining
Just follow the money and you will know why this week, the world is feeding our children pizza and claiming it’s a vegetable.
That’s because it’s processed. Much easier to store a zillion boxes of prison pizza than to slice a tomato.
We all love pizza, don’t get me wrong…but here’s the thing:
- non organic food has less nutrition
- frozen food has less nutrition
- is that real cheese on that pizza, or melamine? haven’t we all seen cheese that doesn’t melt?
- you can make healthier pizza, but that’s not what’s being served up in school
What about food combining? Why care about food combining?
The root of all the food combining methodologies and charts is that bad food combos get STUCK in your colon.
Pizza, like Potlucks, mess up your digestion.
- Bread and cheese are a bad food combination
- the root of all bad food combining is combining Protein and carbs..Carbs meaning processed carbs like bread…and pizza dough is of course bread
- not to mention all of those choices are acid, not alkaline…but that’s a different seminar
Celiac and Gluten allergies from our poor quality of flour also plague all populations, and that of course, usually includes pizza.
Our POINT of taking about PIZZA and POTLUCKS this week….is just try to PREVENT POOR food combinations so you can POOP!
