Raw Chef Pro Apps
CAESAR SALAD*
2 heads of romaine lettuce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons white miso paste
3 stalks of celery
juice of one medium lemon
1/4 cup water
3 pitted dates
1 tablespoon nama shoyu or tamari
2 tablespoons of kelp granules
Himalayan salt to taste
Blend all ingredients except romaine lettuce in a blender until completely smooth. Slice the romaine lettuce and add enough dressing to lightly coat just before serving.
