DELICIOUS clean eating!
I’m not a big fan of blended or juiced FRUIT. I give different guidance on this depending on the person and their blood sugar issues. Call me if you want to know what’s right for YOU! If you’re drinking soda, or beer, or eating refined sugar, then this is probably a fantastic upgrade!
For me, in the summer heat, this is SPOT ON!
Here’s some sunshine summer fun for you!
You will need 3 things:
- A sweet Organic Pineapple
- 12 filtered water ice cubes (large-ish)
- Blender
Taste the pineapple…if it’s average, don’t use it all for one blender. It has to be SWEET to make this amazing. I will often save an average pineapple and use 50% of an amazing one and 50% of the average pineapple!
Peel and cut the pineapple. You will need very small pieces if you use a normal blender. If you have a VitaMix, go crazy.
Put the pineapple into the blender and blend that first.
Once that looks like a smoothie, add the 12 ice cubes and PULSE the blender until the ice is crushed to your liking (I prefer icy chunks)
Walla….you will have an icy amazing pineapple drink
