Long Weekend? Take a nap!

I know you have 10,000 things to do this weekend.

I know your family wants you to do 100,000 things this weekend.

You need to rest too.  It is a bonafide task that you need to get done.  I know it seems like you’re slacking or being lazy…but your organs, bones and muscles REQUIRE it….
