Any Workout vs. a Workout that's Right for…
Fighting for Your Life Starts Today
Quoting the lyrics of Iron Maiden’s The Clairvoyant, “as soon as you’re born you’re dying”. I’m sure they weren’t the first to notice or say something like that–it was just the first time I noticed. Cake used similar lyrics more recently.
In the news we hear —“she/he is fighting for their life”…
Why do we wait until we are at death’s door in ICU to Fight for Our Life? Wouldn’t a little daily prevention be in order here?
If you have a plant and it’s dehydrated and brown, guess what? We know we waited too long. It needed water, not chem drinks or coffee, to live. Not too late either…bit by bit over time.
Would you wait until you hit the car in front of you to try and stop?
“What You Waiting For?” <ok Gwen Stefani– bad grammar, but we get the point>
Waiting until you’re dying to try to live is poor planning. We can do this!!!
