Cranberry Habanero Brussel Sprouts

 

My food ain’t pretty, but it’s deeeeeeeeeeeeelicious.

Always use organic ingredients when you can!

Quick & dirty–

The sauce:

Chop or pulverize tons of garlic and habaneros, then carefully fold in that can of organic whole cranberries (no hcfs) being super careful not to mush each precious cran.

Add a squeeze of fresh orange juice if you can

Salt sauce to taste.

Combine with mountain of shaved brussels sprouts.

Layer into baking dish. No oil!

350 for 40-70 minutes depending on your oven, until the hard part of the bs is cooked.
