Apples…we are surrounded by apples.  From Adam to Newton, to the IPad, we are inundated by apples.

But how many apple variety names do you really know and how many have you have tasted?

This week’s homework is easy; PLEASE EAT MORE ORGANIC APPLES.

Apples are super easy to bring with you to work (Put them in your car the night before and yes you have to carry them inside…you can do it…I know you can!  Even w/the laptop in one hand!)

My personal favorite local organic apple is PINK LADY in season. (I didn’t plan that, its just an awesome apple!)  They are visually beautiful and more tart than a green apple.
