Michele the Trainer’s Los Cuatro 4 Collards Here are some Sexy Steamies for you! I’m a quick and dirty chef…I have no time and I don’t have time to hang around the kitchen 4 bunches Organic Collards (hey, great leftovers are great!)–cut them to the size you choose… 4 large Organic Tomatoes 4 stems (or one bunch if you want to go Basil crazy) of Organic Basil with leaves 4 giant cloves of Organic Garlic <ok I probably used 8, but you know how much garlic you need or want!> Celtic Sea Salt to Taste ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wash all the vegetables Put the Collards in large pot or pan with 2″ or higher walls (so they fit). Blend everything else in Vitamix or your high speed blender of choice Mix the blender contents into the Greens Stir over medium flame until the Collard leaves (and stems if you wish) are done to your liking <you can eat or discard the stems at any time> Done!
