“I don’t have time.”

That is the number one reason that people don’t take great care of themselves. It’s not only number one, but I would bet you that 97% of people will say that when they are asked why wellness, personal health and wellbeing are not at the top of the daily list.

They don’t have time.

In the next breath, they can tell you what happened on their favorite TV show this week. They can tell you about the three hours they spent at the pizzeria talking to everyone. They share daily gossip from the time spent at the coffeeshop, (when a coffee from home would take 3 minutes AND it could be healthier and organic).

The truth is that we all have time. It’s not about a lack of time. It’s about a lack of focus and accountability.

“I love The Good Wife. It is so intense and I always get caught up in the plots and the fashion.”

“How often do you watch it?”

“Every week. I always watch it when it airs.” Her voice began to fall as she realized my point.

This was a conversation I had with Karen. She is a mother of three teenagers.

My Time Management program is all about balance. I will help you balance all of the things that you want and need to do.

Wellness doesn’t have to take a lot of time. It only takes a bit of attention and some efficiency Together we will look at ways to do the things you need to be well.

I won’t come into your life and rewrite everything. Instead, we look to make the small changes that can lead to big changes in your life.
