Who you would call if Zombies started appearing outside your door step?

Infomercial “fitness” is likely to result in INJURY (I can send you the studies)…you might think you’re saving money…but those injuries are $$$…those workouts are not for everyone…we must protect the spine and neck! We must have nutrition to feed our bones and joints.
- someone buys a set of dvd’s from infomercial
- then they get injured due to the programing (that is aimed at athletic high school seniors)
- or lose interest due to lack of accountability
Big Money Media is NOT an intelligent guru. The motive is clearly money. The so called “food” and “fitness” on big money media (television and magazine ads) are mostly all crap. Think you’re saving money? Think again. You’re supporting “the man” with your hard earned money, and starving yourself of nutrition in the process.
