Wine and Television are not the best ways to relax.  Learning to relax with body and breath can be learned by everyone and will benefit all that learn how. Adding the tool of relaxation to your toolbox will come in handy often in our hectic and unpredictable lives.

Relaxation should be on your daily to-do list.

Relax! You hear it everywhere. You can see it on t-shirts. Anytime you are stressed someone will tell you to relax. Every beer commercial convinces you that relaxation involves one of their brews and bar-b-que with friends.

True relaxation is more powerful and even more important than that. Relaxation involves dropping muscle tension, reducing your heart rate, and slowing your breathing. It a conscious loosening of your body and your mind.

My relaxation program has been created to allow me to guide you through powerful relaxation techniques. You will learn how to unravel the physical and mental knots that life creates inside of you.

Whether we are in the same room or working remotely by Skype or phone, I will talk you through a complete relaxation program. Over the course of several sessions, I will teach you how to relax yourself completely.

Total relaxation allows your mind to slow down. You will be able to sleep more soundly, think more clearly, and feel lighter and happier.

Your body will use your deep relaxation state as moment to heal and realign. You will find, as you are completely relaxed, that your muscles will loosen and feel stronger.

Aging with Grace – There is significant evidence that anxiety can cause you to age more quickly. Deep relaxation can actually help to slow this process.

Overall Health – Deep relaxation, similar to meditation, can help to improve our body’s functions and systems, helping us avoid getting run down.

Heart – Anxiety, high blood pressure and elevated heart rates all become worse when we are stressed out. Relaxation can help to reduce both and lead to better heart healthy lifestyle.  Relaxation is the opposite of tension.

Mental Health – Depression, neuroses, and distress can create both temporary and chronic mental health concerns. Deep relaxation can help to untie those mental knots, reducing anxiety, and improving our outlook. Relaxation helps us keep life’s hurdles in perspective.

My relaxation program will not only help you to relax with me guiding you, but also teach you to relax on your own. Using proven methods and a gentle hand, I can help you to feel better, improve your health, and see the world with fresh eyes.

If this all seems impossible you might need this the most.
