It all came together last weekend.

WARM UP! Michele the Trainer Motivates with Warm Up High Energy Workout! I was blessed to be the opening presenter on the VIP Survivor Experience Stage, with some warm up safe & high energy exercises. An audience of over 15,000 people for the event!
PREVENTION: I made myself available for q & a from the population during the race itself, then later I gave a short UPLIFTING presentation on wellness and motivation. Everyone got KALE salad homework with a SEXY recipe from my upcoming book Michele the Trainer’s Top Twenty Secrets to Make a Boring Salad Sexy
FUN: Michele was a judge for Venice Basketball League’s, “Dunk for the Cure”..woo hoo! Bang Bang!!!
MOTIVATION: Warm smiles and sexy bodies from the new Men of the Strip were in attendance for photos & joy— and they had amazing 6 pack abs abs abs! Wow!
HONORING FOR THREE YEARS: The photographer from this event which honors breast cancer survivors deserves special mention, Kathy Rappaport from Flash Frozen Photography. Kathy teamed up with fashion diva Co-chair for Susan G. Komen, Sharon Schlesinger, and Kathy created an amazing PHOTO book called Journey For the Cure.
